1. General Refund Rules
All payments made to Growfino are final. Refunds are not issued outside the platform unless a verified technical issue occurs on our side.
Any remaining or unused balance:
- cannot be withdrawn
- cannot be transferred externally
- must be used within Growfino
2. Order Placement and Cancellation
Once an order is placed and enters processing, it cannot be canceled or manually refunded.
Refund requests after order submission will not be accepted except in cases clearly defined in this policy.
3. Incomplete or Failed Orders
If an order is not completed or only partially delivered due to system-related issues, the undelivered portion will be automatically refunded to the user’s Growfino balance. Manual refund requests are not required in such cases.
4. Drops, Delays, and Platform Changes
Social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) may apply updates, maintenance, or algorithm changes beyond our control.
Growfino is not responsible for:
- drops in followers or engagement
- delays in delivery
- interruptions caused by platform changes
Refunds are not applicable in such cases unless a verified service failure occurs.
5. Service Guarantees
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service selected.
If a service includes refill or replacement guarantees:
- refund will not be issued while refill is active
- users must rely on refill support first
Users are responsible for reviewing service descriptions before placing an order.
6. Abuse, Misuse, and Violations
Growfino reserves the right to:
- cancel services
- remove account balance
- suspend or terminate accounts
without refund if abuse, threats, fraud, or misuse of the platform is detected.
7. Fraudulent Payments
If a payment is made using unauthorized or fraudulent methods, including stolen cards or third-party misuse, the account will be permanently terminated without refund.
8. User Errors
Refunds will not be issued for mistakes made by users, including:
- incorrect usernames or links
- wrong service selection
- private or restricted accounts
- misunderstanding of service details
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Users initiating payment disputes or chargebacks may have their account suspended or permanently restricted.
10. Policy Enforcement
Growfino reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Refund Policy at its sole discretion.
Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the refund system may result in account suspension.
